Prince George's County Reviewing 100+ Criminal Cases Over Fingerprint Concerns

Prince George's County launched a review of more than 100 criminal cases after concerns surfaced about fingerprint analysis conducted by a single forensic examiner. Max Frizalone was interviewed by DC News Now about the implications for defendants whose cases may have relied on that evidence.

"I don't know that every single case involving this examiner is going to have an issue, but it certainly calls into question all those cases. Certainly gives ground for people to ask for new trials based on newly discovered evidence."

"How many people relied upon that result in investigations, in prosecutions, in deciding whether or not to go to trial, in actual trials? Could a jury have been presented this result as being reliable and perhaps the only print found or an important fact like that, which could be wrong?"

Motor1: Maryland's New Speeding Law Will Carry Jail Time

Max Frizalone was featured in Motor1's coverage of the Sergeant Patrick Kepp Act, a new Maryland law making it a criminal offense to drive 30 mph or more over the speed limit. The article, which drew nearly a million views on TikTok, covered Max's breakdown of the law and his commentary on Maryland's speed limits.

Max also told Motor1 that Maryland's highway speed limits should be raised: "I believe all highways should be 65 mph across the state."
